Help us redefine what great mental health care feels like.
About Hello Mental Health
A thriving practice built around thriving clinicians
At Hello Mental Health, we believe great care starts with a thriving clinical team. We're a growing group practice based in Mt. Auburn — centrally located near multiple major universities, hospitals, and downtown Cincinnati — providing exceptional mental health treatment and assessments for adults.
Founded in 2016, our mission is to de-stigmatize mental health care while building a workplace that prioritizes wellness, integrity, and continuous professional growth. We've invested in the kind of infrastructure that lets clinicians focus on clinical work, not on running a business — and we're looking for someone who's ready to grow with us.
Hello Mental Health provides compassionate, individualized, and nonjudgmental mental healthcare. We promise to give you our best to help you become your best.
We will set the bar for quality mental health care by providing an excellent environment for our team and an unparalleled client experience.
What You'll Do
We're seeking a compassionate, skilled licensed psychologist dedicated to delivering evidence-based care, building meaningful therapeutic relationships, and contributing to a positive, growth-oriented clinical culture.
Clinical Work
Provide individual therapy to adults as the core of your caseload. Room to offer couples, family, or adolescent therapy if it aligns with your training — none required.
Assessments
Conduct psychological evaluations with a focus on ADHD assessment. Experience with diagnostic clarification, learning differences, or broader neurodivergence assessment is a plus.
Collaboration
Work alongside colleagues and, where appropriate, with external providers to ensure comprehensive and effective client care.
Documentation
Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes in compliance with all legal, ethical, and practice standards.
Professional Growth
Stay current on best practices and participate in peer supervision, team meetings, and continuing education.
What You Bring
Doctoral Degree
Ph.D., Psy.D., or Ed.D. in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
Ohio License
Active and unrestricted license to practice psychology in Ohio.
Core Competencies
- Proficiency in evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, DBT, EFT)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to culturally responsive, affirming care
- Ability to balance clinical care with administrative responsibilities

Our Commitment to an Inclusive Team
Hello Mental Health is committed to building a team whose backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences reflect the full diversity of the communities we serve. We strongly encourage applications from clinicians who are Black, Indigenous, and other people of color; LGBTQ+; people with disabilities; first-generation professionals; and others from communities historically underrepresented in mental health care.
Lived experience is a meaningful form of expertise, and we value the perspective it brings to clinical work and team culture.
If this role excites you and you bring most of what we're looking for, we want to hear from you — please apply. Hello Mental Health is an equal opportunity employer. We provide reasonable accommodations throughout the interview process.
Let's build something great together.
